Head distiller and chemistry whizz, designing and perfecting our production and fermentation processes. A whiskey expert, educated in all things distilling at Herriot-Watt University.

Our distiller wrangler whipping everyone into shape, and our client journey expert. For support on services, timeframes, planning - or an occasional favour - Bri is on hand to make it happen.

Joining us in Kent from Belfast, Jamie started his career making real ale and moved up in strength to Irish whiskey. Forklift certified, a true enthusiast of the industry, and a beer, spirit and pub connoiseur.

If Joe is our Chemistry whizz, 'Dr Tom' is our wizard, with a PhD in Chemistry and a convert to the distilling profession. Hailing from Lincolnshire (of non-Country Process fame), with a lifelong passion for whisk(e)y.

BOTTLING & PACKAGING

An oasis of calm, Colin is our bottling and packaging specialist with an exceptional eye for detail and efficiency. With a PhD in linguistics, he keeps all lines of communication open!

A true gentleman with boundless enthusiasm, positivity and patience only enhanced by his wonderful dulcet tones. Offering support on all things event, cocktail, and product related.
