At Pleasant Land Distillery, we take pride in the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Your Right to Cancel (for Online Purchases)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.
To exercise this right:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have 14 more days to return the goods to us.
Please note:

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, provided they are in their original condition.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment.
Exemptions:
Alcoholic beverages are non-returnable if the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
2. Returns Due to Fault or Damage
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery.
We will offer:

A replacement,

A full refund, or

An alternative solution.
We may request photographs of the issue to assist with our investigation.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
Returns must be received at the return address below within 30 days of the original purchase date.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Items returned more than 30 days after purchase;

Items opened or consumed (unless faulty);

Gift cards;

Sale or clearance items unless defective.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items over £75, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
