A perfumed and intensely fruity sipping spirit, single vintage and variety from 2022. The apricots are fermented for 2 weeks with wild yeast and Torulaspora, then distilled on our vintage pot still. Each bottle contains 24kg of local, single vintage Kentish apricots, and is beautiful expression of the year's harvest.
An excellent after-dinner digestif with an intensely apricot flavour, enjoyed over ice, straight up, or in a fruity cocktail.
