Pear Eau De Vie

A lively pear eau de vie with rich fruit notes, celebrating the best known of all pears, Conference. Single vintage from 2022, and single variety, locally sourced in Kent from our sustainable producers. Purely made using fresh pears and champagne yeast, then double pot distilled for a silky smooth spirit with a fantastic nose and a rich, fruity flavour profile. 

Excellent after dinner sipping spirit.
